Passive Fireproofing - External Application
Product Description
Enercote® is a portland cement product that has been specifically developed to provide a hard wearing surface for use in plant rooms and other areas usually accessible to maintenance personnel, but at the same time offers excellent thermal insulation coupled with cost effective fire protection.
Effective Fireproofing
Testing of the Enercote® compound has been carried out at the CSIRO Fire Testing Laboratories in accordance with Australian Standards AS 1530 (1990) Part 4: Methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures.
Enercote® is spray applied and can provide up to and inclusive two (2) hours fire resistance level to elements of building and civil construction in interior as well as exterior applications.
Technical Information
Enercote® is manufactured under factory controlled conditions to ISO 9001-2008; ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 Quality Standards. It is delivered to site in ‘batch’ form, ready to be mixed to the required consistency before application.
